Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

5:15-am 6:15am    CrossFit & GetFit  (NOT an Intro Class time)

8:30am-9:30am    CrossFit & GetFit

4pm-5pm    SportFit – Youth Athlete Only

5pm-6pm   CrossFit & GetFit

6pm-7pm    CrossFit & GetFit (Monday-Thursday Only, NOT Friday)

6pm-7pm   INTRO CLASS  CrossFit & GetFit  – Tuesday & Thursday

 

Saturday  (We do not have a class every Sat.  They are schedule week to week)

9:30-10:30am (when there is a class)

 

All NEW MEMBERS must attend the intro class first unless given approval.  For all members, please schedule your time (732-5940) as not all times are best if you are new to the one of the programs and need more coaching, and some times are kids only or adults only.
