Lifting, Speed and Mobility Training Series

Performance PT Lifting, Speed and Mobility training series is designed to introduce and reinforce the proper mechanics in the core lifts so athletes achieve maximum performance and reduce their risk of injury.  Each clinic will focus on one or a combination of: front squat, back squat, squat cleans, power cleans, clean pull, trap bar pull, push press, push jerk, power snatch, bench press, speed, mobility and flexibility training.

Note: These clinics are not designed to be workouts, this is strictly working on proper form and technique.  

 

5 Clinics—April 13th, 27th, May 4th, 18th, June 8th

Location: Performance PT

Time: 8am-9:15am (8th-9th grade); 9:30am-10:45am (9th-10th); (10th-12th) 11am-12:15pm

**Times may be consolidated or added as needed.

Cost: $25 per clinic or all 5 clinics for $75

May 11—Clean Clinic Part 2
